Most glass or ceramic candle jars can be refilled, provided they are clean, heat-safe, and free from cracks or damage. We’ll confirm suitability before proceeding.

Do you clean the jar before refilling?

Jars should be emptied and wiped clean before drop-off. If additional cleaning is required, this can be discussed during quoting.

How long does the refill process take?

Turnaround time will be confirmed when quoting and may vary depending on jar size and current workload.
